About Bluesky Business Solutions

The business was setup to cover a gap in the accounting market that was identified by Dean. The objective that drives the business is not to be another accounting firm but to be an advisor and a resource to work with small business owners and professional service firms.

It is proposed that business relationships can be fostered the following ways:

  • Work with small to medium business owners under the banner of Bluesky business solutions. Fees can be agreed prior to the commencement of work using either an hourly rate, daily rate or a fixed price for the entire job. Bluesky business solutions will bill the client directly and ensure a solid relationship is fostered.
  • Provide a resource to professional service firms in times when their resources may be stretched. Dean would work under the banner of the firm and continue to foster the existing relationship. Dean would ensure all work is performed professionally and in a timely fashion. Representing the firm in a professional fashion will be paramount. As with direct clients the firm will then be billed by Bluesky business solutions at the agreed hourly or daily rate or for a fixed project price.

It is not intended that Bluesky business solutions will compete and advertise against other like sized firms and especially against the firms that Dean works with.

The ideal scenario for Dean is to run Bluesky business solutions for a small and niche book of clients. Relationships will be fostered and networking and referrals will provide most of the business leads.
